Application Procedure
Applicants are required to complete the following three documents:
- Application Form - to provide details about the applicant, nature of its business activities and contact persons.
- Form of Legal Confirmation - to confirm the legal status of the applicant.
- Membership agreement - to seal a commitment to a membership with the IFSB

The membership documents shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the IFSB at the following address:

or email a pdf copy of such to ifsb_sec@ifsb.org or fax to 603 26984280.
Applicants will be notified on the status of their admission subject to the approval by the IFSB Council.
